Well hello there

Welcome to my blog! I just wanted to give a little rundown on why I decided to start this thing and what you can expect…things have changed a bit since the beginning.

My initial intention, back in January, was to document one new “mini adventure” each week for a year. I was pretty hyped up from a year of travel, adventure, and change…a lot of change haha. I’m still always on the lookout for new experiences, but won’t be limiting my posts to “new” things every week…as I start getting my life together a bit more, it’s getting more difficult to do this.

I’ll still try to focus on trails, parks, and outdoor fun (and still want to showcase how beautiful Ontario and Canada are!) but watch out for more food related posts, recipe ideas, running updates and workouts, and other random stuff. I hope you enjoy!
